The Keystone™
Stop re-introducing
yourself to your AI.
For founders, operators, consultants, and team leaders who already use AI, whether you chose it or it was handed to you.
Your Keystone™ teaches AI how you work, so it follows your rules by default instead of waiting for you to correct it. Build it in about an hour, and every session starts from you.
Built 1:1 before Class 1 of AI for Operations

From participants
“It’s the heart of your AI operating system.”Christina Ra · Founder, Raconteur Strategies
“I feel I have a teammate who knows me and my work.”Sarah · Vice President of Organizational Development

Why it exists
I coached AI for 90 days
so you don’t have to.
I was repeating myself every session, getting uneven results, and working with a collaborator that agreed with everything.
Those three things are the Keystone™. You get them built around you in about an hour.
What it is
Not a prompt.
A working brief.
A prompt tells AI what to do this time. Your Keystone™ tells it who it’s working for, every time.
And it’s organized, so AI pulls only what each task needs.
Inside a Keystone™ · illustrative
How to work with me
- WHAT IT KNOWS
- My business, my people, my priorities, and what I’ve already tried.
- WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
- My values, my quality bar, and my voice.
- WHAT IT’S ALLOWED TO DO
- What it handles, what it checks with me first, and what stays human.
How you get one
Built with you,
not handed to you.
1. A guided conversation
Mostly multiple-choice scenarios about how you actually work. About an hour, and no blank page to stare at.
2. Installed 1:1
An instructor sets it up with you before Class 1, so your AI already knows you on day one.
3. Sharper every week
It learns as you work. Each decision you log, with your reasoning, becomes something it checks before it advises you next time.
What changes
AI that starts
where you are.
- DraftsCome back in your voice, so you edit instead of rewrite.
- DecisionsAI weighs options the way you would, and flags what needs you.
- BuildsEvery skill and agent you make in class inherits it, so they work your way, even when you step away.
Where it lives
Yours, not ours.
And not your AI’s.
Your Keystone™ is a set of plain-text files you own, not an app you subscribe to. If a tool goes down or a better one comes along, it moves with you. We’ve confirmed it in Claude and Codex, and the files work with any AI that reads custom instructions.
Bringing a team?
We can build a shared Keystone™ for how your organization works: one source of truth for how your team writes, decides, and hands work off.
Before you start
The questions
we hear most.
I’m not technical. Are the class and a Keystone™ right for me?
Yes. Building your Keystone™ means answering questions about how you work, in plain language. We do ask that you already use an AI tool day to day, so you’re learning to build with AI, not learning AI from scratch. You walk away with AI that already knows how you work, without writing a line of code.
Where does my Keystone™ live, and who can see it?
On your computer, in plain-text files you own, ideally backed up to a private GitHub repository (we’ll help you set that up). Your Keystone™ doesn’t live with us. You decide what goes in, and your AI reads those files under your own account and your company’s AI policy. Your business context stays under your control.
How is a Keystone™ different from ChatGPT’s memory or custom instructions?
Memory might remember that you like short emails. A Keystone™ is built around how you judge work: what good looks like, how you weigh tradeoffs, and what AI can do on its own. So your Keystone™ knows which emails shouldn’t go out without you. That’s the difference between AI that remembers you and AI you can hand real work to.
Is my Keystone™ tied to one AI tool or subscription?
No. There’s no COOPilots software to pay for, and your Keystone™ isn’t linked to your AI subscription. We’ve confirmed the Keystone™ works in Claude and Codex, and the files work with any AI that reads custom instructions. (The full system, with skills and agents, runs in Claude Code.) Should you change providers, even for a day, your Keystone™ travels with you, so the time you put in is never lost.
Can my team share a Keystone™?
Yes. Through team training, we build a shared Keystone™ for how your organization works. Everyone’s AI starts from the same playbook, so new people get up to speed faster and the work comes back consistent.
Can I get a Keystone™ without the class?
Right now, a Keystone™ comes with AI for Operations, in a group cohort or 1:1, and with team training. Your Keystone™ is what makes AI know you. The class is where you put your Keystone™ to work, building skills, agents, and automations on your own work.
