AI for Operations Course
You already use AI every day.
You use it to write first drafts at work or to search a topic online. But agents and automation aren’t something you’ve had the time to explore yet.
You’ve wondered if there was more it could own, and free you to:
Multiply the good work you do, with no additional headcount
Focus more on your highest-leverage work
Equip your team to do the same
This course is for you if:
you’re a founder or solopreneur building your own operating system
you were handed “use AI or else” mandate at work, with no additional hours to learn
you’ve wondered how to add Claude Code or Codex to the AI tools you use
You’re not technical - and you want the bridge from beginner to orchestrator with AI.
You’re in the right spot.
I built the class I originally needed.
I’m a business owner. I saw the promise of AI in operations - done well, it could quickly multiply good work in a cost-effective way. But, I quickly got frustrated. I was spending as much time coaching the tool - reminding it of key details, teaching it how I defined what good work looked like - that I could have just done the task myself in the same time.
I doubled down and coached it on anything it needed to perform at the highest levels in the business. I tracked everything required and a pattern emerged of what truly moved the needle. I turned that pattern into a repeatable framework for students — the Keystone™.
The bridge is your Keystone™
Before our first class, you take an assessment and build your Keystone™ - your AI’s instruction manual, defining the IQ and EQ of working well in collaboration with you. This is your AI’s foundation and spine. Unlike other tools, you don’t need to provide an archive of everything you’ve built and done to create this. In one hour, you will co-create the foundation.
As you work with your Keystone™ over time, it will only grow stronger and more capably reflect you. It goes with you to your AI tool of choice; it is tool-agnostic and portable. A COOPilots.io instructor will help you install it in a 1:1 session.
AI for Operations Program
Before Class
Keystone™ Builder - in an hour, we create your “operating system” or “second brain” to teach AI how to work with you, how to reflect you well (including your voice) and how to be effective in your business.
In that exercise, we also identify up to 5 AI use cases for your work that you could build in class. You come in primed with ideas.
You have a 1:1 install of your Keystone™ with a COOPilots.io instructor. We’ll connect all your tools and make sure your settings are correct to safely build in class.
Class 1: Foundations (2 hours)
We onboard your new AI colleague - and define key terms (tokens, context window, context rot) and concepts (prompt design, why longer chats will give you worse outcomes)
Together as a group, we build one skill and one agent you can use in your work instantly
Class 2: Where to Use AI (2 hours)
Common use cases, plus real builds from past students for inspiration.
Model strengths, watchouts, and the pitfalls that trip people up. Determinism, explained.
Workflow teardown: as a group, we take a real work process apart and rebuild it with AI where AI is genuinely capable.
Lab (40 min): diagnose one of your own workflows and map AI into it.
Class 3: Designing Your Build (2 hours)
Types of builds, triggers, and how to describe your ask well enough to get what you want.
Estimating ROI and governance.
Lab (50 min): your own build, coached.
Class 4: Verification and Automation (2 hours)
How to verify performance and get production-ready
Automatic triggers and scheduling — the build that runs without you
Lab (20 min): practice hardening a build, or any final support needed
Demos

FAQs
I’ve heard Claude Code is for coders. Is this class for me?
1
Yes, this class is for you. A lot of really sharp, non-technical folks assume Claude Code or Codex is exclusively for developers. It isn’t.
This is for people who already use AI day to day and have hit the ceiling of what prompting and free tutorials can do. You don't need to be technical, senior, or a "high-power leader" — some of the strongest builds have come from a team of one. But if you've never opened an AI tool, start there first; you'll get far more out of this once AI is already part of your day.
I am not technical. Will I need to code?
2
No. If you can write an email, you can do this. The class is hands-on. You'll build something real, but "building" here means teaching AI how you think and work in plain language. Most people are surprised how fast the intimidation wears off once they actually start.
Will AI actually write / work / sound like me, or will I need to redo everything?
3
Sounding like you isn't a nice-to-have here; it's the whole design. Your Keystone™ captures how you actually write, decide, and talk, so the first draft comes back in your voice, not a generic one. That’s what moves AI from feeling like a stranger who needs everything fixed to a senior colleague who already knows how you'd say it.
How is this different from the free AI tutorials I can find online?
4
Students have generally started with the free AI tutorials and run into two snags: the use cases are either too generic to touch work that’s complex and nuanced (yours) or they’re pure spectacle just to pressure test the technology (3M tokens and 105 agents… to research vitamin C. We couldn’t tell you why.) By the end of class, students built something they can use in their work today — unique to their work, their style, and the outcomes they're after. If you want to see some of those builds, check out our testimonials.
You're exactly who this class was built for. It's three weeks of two-hour sessions (six hours of live class, plus a 1:1 30 minute setup before you start). Each session includes protected time to build for your work with a coach standing by to help. This cadence is designed to get you fully equipped, quickly — and walking away with something you'll use regularly. We built it to fit around a full job, not add to it.
I have zero extra hours, no support, and I’ve been handed the “AI or else” mandate. How will this help?
5
Can I bring my team, or do this for my whole organization?
6
Yes, and it's one of the most common next steps. People come through the class, see what their own Keystone™ does, and want it for their team. We can train a group together and build a shared Keystone™ for how your whole organization works. If that's of interest, contact caitlin@coopilots.io and we’ll scope it with you.
