AI for Operations - 2026 Waitlist

In 2025, we worked with over 120 operators in AI for Operations sessions.
Participants showed up at very different starting points, from early experimentation with LLMs to teams already running AI-enabled workflows inside their business.

In each 3-hour session, participants built at least one AI-enabled workflow that collapsed hours of important operational work into minutes.
The impact didn’t take weeks to show up. What became clear very quickly was that most companies already have what they need to make AI work, but they’re missing clarity on where to apply it.

This work is for people responsible for strategy and operations — executives, operators, and managers — who are tired of seeing AI initiatives stall despite real effort.

Based on feedback from the Q4 2025 cohorts, the format is being restructured to allow more time for practice, deeper focus on spotting leverage and P&L impact, stronger peer learning, and support for building momentum inside the firm.

The next sessions will reopen in Q2 2026 with a limited number of seats.
