AI for Operations - Thursdays (June 11th, 18th, 25th) from 10AM-Noon EST
Summer Cohort 2026 - Live and Remote
Thursday, June 11th - 10:00AM - 12:00PM EST
Thursday, June 18th - 10:00AM - 12:00PM EST
Thursday, June 25th - 10:00AM - 12:00PM EST
Three live virtual sessions on consecutive Thursdays. Here's what to expect:
Prework: Interact with the COOPilots Agent for intake. Come away with 3 to 5 custom automation cases tailored to your work and the beginning of your Keystone™ Architecture.
Session 1: June 11th, 10AM-Noon EST (2 hours): The class covers how large language models actually work: tokens, context management, model selection, and the connectors that link AI to your tools. From there, you learn to translate those capabilities into real operational tasks, avoiding the common pitfalls that trip most people up. You leave having built a skill and an agent as a cohort, which is where the Keystone's role clicks into place.
Session 2: June 18th, 10AM-Noon EST (2 hours): You select your custom build(s), then design the workflows, set the triggers, and get dedicated build time with live support. The session closes with a framework for measuring real business impact and ROI so you can quantify the impact of your work.
Session 3: June 25th, 10AM-Noon EST (2 hours): The final session covers the legal and governance guardrails worth knowing before you ship anything, then gives you a last block of supported build time to finish strong. You close by demoing your work to the cohort: what it solves, why you selected it, and the impact in your work.
You leave with:
A Keystone™ context layer custom to you. Portable across AI tools. The foundation for everything you build next.
One or more workflows completed and deployed (one group build plus as many more as you build in open lab). Real automations, not demos.
3 to 5 AI deployment opportunities specific to your business, pulled from your Keystone Builder Agent before class even starts.
A 30/60/90 plan and ROI worksheets to keep proving and expanding the value after class ends.
A repeatable methodology so you can do this again with any tool, for any workflow, well beyond the class.
Investment:
$750 for waitlist members and referrals. Early access window closes June 3.
$1,000 for public registration. Opens June 3 once the early access window closes.
The 20-30x value case: One workflow saving 3 hours a week at a $100 hourly rate is $15,600 a year in recovered capacity. Faster AI output with less coaching adds more on top. You leave with a working system, not a certificate.
Cohort Details:
8 seats - we intentionally keep the class small.
Waitlist and referrals get early access and special pricing
48 hours later - registration opens to the public (June 3rd)
Is this class right for you?
You run a business and haven't had the time to explore how AI can buy back your time
You're tasked with implementing AI at work but aren't finding the resources to figure out where to apply it for maximum impact
You want AI to be a lever in your business, improving capacity, speed and quality
You've used AI as a search engine or brainstorming partner and want to explore automations and agents
You want AI to show up in your P&L
You're ready to build and want to be hands-on
This class is unlikely to be a fit if you haven't yet interacted with any LLM (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
